$1995 (USD) Two Failure Mode Reliability Analysis:  Some products fail for multiple reasons, with multiple failure modes.  If you suspect your product is failing for two reasons, perhaps the COTS Reliability Analysis tool you use has produced a bent regression line, Attwater Consulting can produce for you within 24 hours of receiving your failure and survivor data a reliability analysis that will consider two failure modes and send you a comprehensive report.  The method we use to analyze your data for two failure modes is unique, and cannot find multiple failure modes if they do not actually exist in your data.  Many COTS Reliability Analysis tools will find as many failure modes as you tell them to find, whether they exist or not.  (Should our analysis reveal that your product only fails with one failure mode, the report provided will default to our Single Failure Mode Reliability Analysis report, with an explanation that two failure modes do not exist in the data.  See the validation study in this paper for the US Coast Guard HU-25 AC Generator.)  As with our Single Failure Mode Reliability Analysis product, our extensive Two Failure Mode Reliability Analysis report will tell you the probabilities of your product failing in infant mortality, wear-out, and old-age failure modes, for each of the two failure modes, as well as the proportions for your product failing in each of these two failure modes.  (This can be especially helpful to your engineers in finding the exact causes of your product's failures and can save you many times the price of this analysis in engineering labor.)  Full probability distributions based on the data are provided for all quantities of interest, including for the reliability of your product at your specified critical service life.  Contact us for more information.  We take most major credit cards.
